Our team provides a 'best in class' service, taking care of every step of the process, from initial talent attraction, to candidate selection, interviewing, job offer and on boarding.
How We Do It
We use our expertise, experience, technology and common sense to work with customers and candidates to place the correct people into the correct roles for them, this solves most problems before they even arise. If problems do arise, we offer best in class customer service to resolve them in a quick and efficient manner (our 24hrs service excels in these instances)
Why We Do It
We are genuinely passionate about customer service. We want our customers businesses to thrive and our workers developing their careers and getting access to the roles and training they need to do this.
Where We Do it
Our customer base is currently primarily based in Scotland and Northern Ireland, however we have customers right across the UK who we work with on a daily basis. We will not take on any customers that we do not feel we can service to our high standards, regardless of where they are based.

To do this we work closely with all parties to ensure everyone is satisfied with the services they are offered and the service standards they receive.
Our Ethics
Our business is a people business and as such people need to be at the very heart of everything we do. Technology and systems can assist with a lot of what we do, but ultimately it’s people that we will be working with on a daily basis. As an ethical employer we also work with charities that mean a lot to our people, having contributed thousands of pounds since 2014 to these good causes. Having been in recruitment and training since 2000, Stevie opened Sure Recruitment in Glasgow in the summer of 2014 and then Sure Training in 2018.
Outside of work he’s a part-time taxi driver for his 3 kids and a keen football fan.
Lyndsey Cairns
Branch Manager - Livingston
Lyndsey has been with Sure since 2017, initially starting as a recruitment consultant but then worked her way up to be the manager of the Livingston office.
Outside of work, Lyndsey likes to spend time with her daughters and keeping fit.

Having been with Sure since 2016 Steph has worked on numerous large volume recruitment accounts. Her “can do” attitude ensures that all client and candidates expectations are met.
Outside of work Steph enjoys spending time with her young sons.
Colin Kernohan
Branch Manager - Belfast
Colin started with Sure NI in September 2018 and he is the manager of the Belfast office. Colin has extensive operational management experience and he has been involved in recruitment for many years.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his daughter, his family and his German Shepherd dog. He also loves watching football and playing golf (when time permits).

Janine started with Sure NI in August 2020 having previously worked in customer relations / sales and marketing roles within the FMCG sector.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son and socialising with her friends and family.
Rowenna George
Regional Business Development Manager
Rowenna has over 20 years of recruitment experience and is a recruitment fellow with the REC. Her responsibility within the business is to drive customer success and retention and she is also an approved driver CPC trainer.
Outside of work Rowenna is a mother of 3 and loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family

Consultant - Glasgow
Agata joined Sure in September 2023, she has previous experience in recruitment and is excellent at matching candidates with clients.
Outside of work she enjoys walking her dog and baking cakes for the office.
Kelli Allen
Consultant - Livingston
Kelli joined Sure in September 2023, she has opted for a career change having spent several years teaching primary school children.
When she is not in the office, she enjoys football and spending time with her son and daughter.
Robert Cardy
Consultant - Glasgow
Robert joined the team in Feb 2024, he has a background in Customer Service and is a recent Masters graduate, he enjoys working with people so his degree will be well utilised.
Outside of work he enjoys socialising and a bit of MMA.
Marlene Barros
Resourcer
Marlene joined the business in March 2024, she is a lifelong learner with an extensive educational background. Marlene ensures that all candidate and client requirements are satisfactorily met.
When not in work she can be seen climbing the many hills of Scotland, she also enjoys reading books.
