Where We Do it
Our customer base is currently primarily based in Scotland and Northern Ireland, however we have customers right across the UK who we work with on a daily basis. We will not take on any customers that we do not feel we can service to our high standards, regardless of where they are based.

As a local business we used Sure Recruitment for their temporary candidates and then we approached them about assisting with some perm recruitment issues we were having. To be honest it was a breath of fresh air and they gave us the assistance we needed to solve the issues and find the staff. 10 out of 10
We initially approached Sure about helping us out with some "temp-perm" roles however we quickly realised that straight "perm" was going to be better for us and increase the talent pool available - this was all down to Sure giving us some advice on the recruitment market and how best to achieve the results we wanted. Needless to say they came through on what they said and we'll use them exclusively going forward.

I was a little nervous with moving roles as I'd been with the company who'd out me through my qualifications but they'd a downturn in work so I had to start looking. And from the very first time I spoke to the guys at Sure I felt at ease and they helped me with finding the ideal role. Couldn't speak highly enough about what they done for me.

The renewables sector can be very small industry where people know each other and even applying for another job can sometimes be an issue. Sure were brilliant with me and I knew they appreciated how important confidentiality was with my application which gave me the confidence to look for something new when the time was right.
Sure Training had helped me pass my Transport Manager CPC exams and then they helped me find a role using my new qualification.
